Dealing with patents and exploiting scientific results so that they become commercially viable requires both experience and capital. We have experience of inventions at a high scientific level, as well as their exploitation and marketing. We make use of well-known patent attorney firms to ensure good industrial and intellectual property protection.

We offer free advice regarding patents and agreements. We also assess the commercial potential of your invention. If an invention is deemed to be of commercial interest, our aim is to find a buyer, or exploit it in some other way in collaboration with the inventor. We enter into an agreement with the inventor and do what we can to make the invention profitable. You take no financial risks – the Lund University Technology Group bears all the costs. The profits are then divided between us, as specified in the agreement.
