Finder ’s Fee Programme

Finder’s Fee Programme gives you the opportunity to obtain financial rewards through your own network of contacts. If you provide us with valuable information that results in an agreement between the Lund University Technology Group and a licensee, you can receive up to SEK 5000. We must have completed an agreement within six months of receiving your information for a finder’s fee to be paid out. Payment is then made immediately.

Valuable information could be anything that is decisive in leading to the signing of an agreement. For example, you may have recommended that someone, who later becomes a licensee, contact us, or you may have given us information on a key person, or found a licensee that we hadn’t thought of.

If you think that you have valuable information then answer first the questions below as completely as possible, and e-mail your information to us (info@forskarpatent.com). We will confirm that we have received your information and, if appropriate, comment on it. (We may already have this information, or perhaps consider it not to be relevant for the application you have suggested.)

To which of the inventions in our IP Portfolio is your information relevant?

Which company do you suggest we contact?

Whom should we contact?

Why have you suggested this person?

Finder’s Fee Programme is open to anyone who is not employed by the Lund University Technology Group, its affiliated companies or personally involved in the invention.
