Abstract
Almost all fat content of the sausage has been replaced by substances
specific to carrots and some other root vegetables. Original taste has
however been retained.
Application
Invention provides solution to problems caused by high fat levels in
charcuterie products. It is however not restricted to the above and
is thus of interest for
the entire meat industry and fast-food chains in particular.
