Bert Junno, CEO

Licensing is a business development option which is often overlooked or misunderstood, but one which holds potential for startups as well as established companies. I hold a Ph.D. in engineering physics and I have experience from working with inventions, product development, entrepreneurship and sales. I have founded and managed companies in sectors such as electronics,semiconductor technology, medical technology and IT. Fundraising experiences range from private investors over instit-utional and public (EU) to funding over the stock market. I have a broad practical experience from dealing with small and large companies in Asia, Europe and USA. The last three years I have mostly worked on projects in the biotech area. Experience from the biotech field I draw from simultaneously being active as a CEO of the asset holding company Forskarpatent, the oncology drug development company WntResearch and serving as a director of US based Cardiovax (Atherosclerosis).

Mikael Lindstam, Portfolio Manager and Business Developer

I am specialised on the early concept phase, where ideas are to be developed towards commercialisation. Primarily I work with licensing and technology transfer, a process that sometimes takes years and also requires funding. My network, which covers many of the entrepreneurs needs, is my most valued asset. I have a doctor’s degree in inorganic chemistry and have also studied marketing and entrepreneurship at the university. For ten years I have been working in early hi-tech ventures as a scientist and in different management positions, starting and running companies, but also as a technical business advisor for other early stage companies. My business areas have been within engineering, life science and semi conductor industry, where I come from.

Olivia Larsson, Project Assistant

I went to the program International Economy at Katedralskolan Lund where I got a taste for working with business innovation through different projects arranged by students. Now I am running my own business, Olivias Båtservice, where I work with yacht maintenance.

At the same time I work as a Project Assistant at Forskarpatent.
